Prior to founding Ironleaf, T.J. was a Partner at both Veritas Capital and Abry Partners, where he held a senior role on each firm's investment teams. T.J. began his career at McKinsey & Company and Goldman Sachs, and he subsequently spent time as a Vice President on the investment team at Audax Private Equity.

Originally from Tallahassee, FL, T.J. earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Florida A&M University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
