What we look for in a Next Gen fund manager
We seek economic interests and minority ownership in firms with the following characteristics:
Experienced private markets investors with demonstrated, prior exceptional investment performance and realizations
Private market firms raising their first–fifth institutional funds, targeting fund sizes of at least $250 million
A commitment to integrity and a long-term, partnership-oriented mindset
Differentiated investment strategies, sourcing and value creation capabilities
Opportunity for our operational resources to drive enhanced performance
