Shaina Ramsey is the Head of Finance and Chief Compliance Officer for New Catalyst, supporting the Firm in accounting, finance, tax, treasury and regulatory compliance functions. She brings over 13 years of experience in the private equity and real estate industry. Shaina previously served as the Senior Vice President at Catalyst Investment Partners, where she managed all aspects the Finance functions for multiple funds and the organization’s operations. Prior to joining Catalyst Investment Partners, Shaina worked at Blackstone and The Carlyle Group where she was responsible for various fund management and accounting functions. Shaina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.

Senior Advisors and Operating Partners are third-party consultants that provide services to New Catalyst and portfolio companies of New Catalyst, and are not employed by New Catalyst or its affiliates.  Compensation is indirectly borne by investors and does not offset any management fee.
