Full Biography
Shaina Ramsey is the Head of Finance and Chief Compliance Officer for New Catalyst, supporting the Firm in accounting, finance, tax, treasury and regulatory compliance functions. She brings over a decade of experience in the private equity and real estate industry.
Shaina previously served as the Head of Finance at Catalyst Investment Partners, where she managed all aspects of the Finance functions for multiple funds and the organization’s operations. Prior to joining Catalyst Investment Partners, Shaina worked at Blackstone and The Carlyle Group where she was responsible for various fund management and accounting functions.
Shaina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.
